You can delete your account yourself, any time, from inside Durance.
How
- Open Account in the app (or in the web app at use.durance.app).
- Choose Delete account, then confirm.
What is deleted
Your account and every counter saved to it are deleted immediately and permanently. This cannot be undone. Counters that only exist on a phone because you never signed in are stored on that device only and are not affected — delete the app to remove them.
If you subscribe
Deleting your account does not cancel your subscription. If your subscription is still set to renew, the app asks you to cancel it first (Account, then Manage subscription) so you are not billed again. Any time left on a subscription or free trial is forfeited when you delete your account.

Email brad@durance.app from the address on the account and we will delete it for you.
